“The staff at the hostel couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and the location is just brilliant for exploring Edinburgh on foot. The whole hostel was really clean with lovely comfy beds and great to have breakfast included. Would thoroughly recommend as a great place to stay!”

“Haggis Hostelsis very clean, warm and convenient for walking around Edinburgh. It's reasonably priced and has friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is provided. There are good cooking amenities and it's close to a Sainsbury's. It's close to George street and the Royal Mile. There are a few bars around it which are fun to check out.

I would definitely stay here again.”

“I was staying at the Haggis Hostel, for one night, before i went home to Norway, since i liked staying close to the Airlink at Waverley. Very friendly receptionists, great comfortable beds, and incredibly clean all together. Had a great night sleep, great warm shower. I would love to go back here next time !”

The place is very well maintained and immaculately cleaned by Haggis hostel staff who all of which are extreamely helpful.My stay in edinburgh had a few rough patches however all the staff here went beyond the the call of duty to help us out in any which way they could. “This freshly Renovated hostel is located across from the train station in the heart of the city, is clean and tidy. Each member of the 21/7 staff is personable and helpful. Confused about my travel plans, Robbie helped me get directions to Findhorn, printing out an itinerary, calling my ride for me, and even graciously helping me with my luggage. The price is stellar half that of any hotel.”
