Site on seafront overlooking Pentland Firth and Orkney Islands. Office for day trips to Islands on site. Restaurant, harbour, hotel 200 yards. Magnificent cliff scenery, seabirds, puffins, guillimots, skuas etc. 1.5 miles at Duncansby Head. Seals can be seen swimming to and fro possibly from the Seal Colony 4 miles west. 3 miles from the site is Canisbay Church where our namesake Jan De Groot is buried.
Within easy travelling distance Wick Heritage Centre, Caithness Glass and Dunnet Head.
