The Oak Tree Inn was opened in November 1997. The owners Sandy & Lucy Fraser designed and built it themselves. It is built of slate on the outside. Inside, reclaimed wood has been used throughout, all from local demolished buildings. A log fire is a recent addition to the bar. We are open all year and food is available all day. We are ideally situated for a short break.
