Glasgow Science Centre

Whether you're aged 3 or 103, prepare to be intrigued and challenged. Above all, have a great day out.

Glasgow Science Centre is made up of three attractions: The heart of GSC is the Science Mall, with over 300 hands-on exhibits, live science shows, labs and the ScottishPower Planetarium, one of the finest planetaria in the world.

The IMAX Theatre, the only one in Scotland, shows films that will amaze and astound you on a screen larger than a 5-a-side football pitch and with a 12.000 watt sound system.

The Glasgow Tower is the only building in the world capable of turning 360 degrees from the ground up. The aerodynamic structure allows the entire building to be turned to face the wind, thus reducing wind resistance.
