Ken-Dee Marshes (RSPB)

This wetland and woodland reserve has great views across the River Dee and Loch Ken. In winter it is a good place to see greylag and Greenland white-fronted geese. The woodland is a stronghold for willow tits and red squirrels. Breeding birds also include redstarts and pied flycatchers. Red kites are regularly seen here.

A three mile trails leads you to two hides, overlooking a lagoon and marshland, and a goose viewing platform with views over Loch Ken and the main goose feeding areas.
