Only 10 miles from the centre of Glasgow, Mugdock Country Park offers the visitor a great sense of freedom in open countryside. There is adequate parking at Craigend Visitor Centre, which hosts our Tearoom, Craft Shops, Audiovisual Room, Garden Centre, Toilets, Discovery Room and Information Point.
The ruins of Mugdock Castle are only 10 minutes away on foot, giving the visitor a great chance to experience over 700 years of history.
