While visitors are not plentiful, tee times and hearty welcomes are. Glaswegians are renowned for their friendly good humour and this will see you on your way to many a good golfing encounter.
In spite of its modesty, the area in and around Glasgow offers a tremendous mix of golfing experiences with Open Championship qualifying courses set next to simple, municipal tracts. There are one or two private or busy members clubs within Glasgow’s city boundaries but there are many more where visitors will find a warm welcome.
