Walking
Lothians and Borders offer a huge choice for the walker - coastal walking, discovering the Pentlands, riverside walking, or exploring the Southern Upland Way, the Sir Walter Scott Way and other official long-distance paths.

Marine Adventure
Unusually clarity, plus spectacular underwater scenery, make the waters around St Abbs Head especially attractive for divers. The excellent sites starting just beyond the harbour have helped the area become the most popular shore diving site in Britain.

Horse Riding
Classic riding country with miles of hill tracks and forest trails and a wide choice of mounts: Irish Draft horses; Icelandic horses; and Exmoor ponies. Trail riding is a speciality here.
