Mull

One of the most mountainous islands of Scotland, Mull is well known for its wildlife, especially its sea eagles. It is also one the best places in Scotland to go on a whale watching trip. With good fishing, some great hill walking – Ben More is Scotland’s ‘last Munro’, Duart Castle, a narrow gauge railway, a whisky distillery, and cruises to Staffa and the Treshnish Isles, there is plenty to see and do.

Colourful Tobermory, with its brightly painted houses, has gained fame as the setting for the children’s television show Balamory.
