Cambuskenneth Abbey (HS)

This once important Augustinian abbey was built in the 13th century. After the Reformation the buildings were pillaged for stone. The only survivor is the free-standing belfry - unique in Scotland.

Church of the Holy Rude
This beautiful church dates from the 15th century and was the parish church of the medieval burgh of Stirling. The churchyard has many interesting 18th and 19th century gravestones.

A beautifully situated Augustinian monastery founded in 1238. Much of the 13th century building survives.
