Loch Leven National Nature Reserve
This large loch has the largest concentration of breeding freshwater duck in Britain including mallard, tufted duck, shellduck, wigeon, gadwall and shoveler, plus up to 20,000 pink-footed geese in winter. Various viewpoints including Vane Farm.

Loch of Kinnordy (RSPB)
A reserve of lochs and fens surrounded by farmland this is one of the best places in Scotland to see black-necked grebes. Large colony of black-headed gulls, many species of duck breed here. Three hides give excellent views.

Seaton Cliffs (SWT)

This reserve is well-known for its pair of breeding ospreys. An observation hide allows close-up views of their nest and other wildlife.
