Blair Castle Trekking Centre

Treks and hacks for all abilities through picturesque woods and glens on our traditional Highland Ponies. The ponies are steady and surefooted, making them ideal for beginners, but they are also able to provide fun, faster rides for experienced riders.

Blair Castle Trekking Centre is approved by both the British Horse Society and the Trekking and Riding Society Scotland, and is a 3* Scottish Tourist Board Activity Centre.

2010 Opening: The centre is open 6 days a week from 28 March until mid September (closed 23-31 August for the duration of Blair Castle International Horse Trials and Country Fair).

Please book in advance, to ensure we have ponies available for you. Groups of up to 8 are welcome.
Please note: we have a strict age limit of 12 years old and above.
