Mountain and Sea Guides

Mountain and Sea Guides is based in Applecross running all year round adventure activities. Our summer season is split between a variety of sea kayaking trips, all aimed at beginner level, and summer hillwalking and mountaineering.In the winter our attention turns firmly towards winter mountaineering allowing a year of seasonally adventurous activities from half day trips to full multi-day expeditions. Our instructors are qualified within the different disciplines demanded by each type of activity. As such we are governed by the safe practices of the national bodies the British Canoe Union and the Scottish Mountain Leader Training Board.Our staff have up to the minute wilderness first aid training and certification and Mountain and Sea Guides has been awarded the Investor in People Award for the second time on 10th January 2003, for our commitment to training, working practices and standards.Whatever adventure package you choose you can be assured of a safe and rewarding experience with guides who are local to the highlands.
