Dunnet Bay
This spectacular beach stretches in a great crescent from the old harbour of Castletown in the south to the village of Dunnet in the north. For most of its length it is backed by massive sand dunes with various access points and car parks. Its southern corner is more varied with flat slabs of rock and a small sheltered beach.
At its northern end is a visitor centre, caravan park and public toilet.
