Davaar Lighthouse
On an island accessible at low tide, the lighthouse here was completed in 1854. Davaar Island is noted for its sea caves, one of which holds a crucifixion painting, dating from 1887. The causeway takes 40 minutes to walk across, so checking tide times is important. Some of the lighthouse buildings are available for self catering.
