Built in the 18th Century and family residence of the 13th Earl of Haddington, Mellerstain is a unique eg of William & Robert Adam design, exhibiting a treasure of paintings, period furniture, personal effects and Adam's exquisite ceilings. Famous gardens, parkland/lakeside walks, coffee shop, children's play area, holiday cottages, weddings and events. Group tours welcome by prior appointment.
