Doon Hill 82m (269ft)
An easy walk from Aberfoyle, the mystical Doon Hill is associated with the Gaelic scholar, and local minister from 1685 to 1692 the Rev Robert Kirk. He was supposed to have had the second sight and wrote the ‘Secret Commonwealth’ an essay about ‘faunes and fairies’. He walked up the hill every day and died there in 1692.
