Heaval (Barra) 383m (1257ft)
The highest hill on Barra with stunning views southwards, it is best climbed from the roadside car park north east of Castlebay. On the ridge overlooking Castlebay is a white marble statue of the Madonna and child, known as Our Lady of the Sea. It was erected in 1954.
