The story of The Gordon Highlanders spans 200 years of history and is packed with tales of courage and tenacity on the field of battle. At The Gordon Highlanders Museum you can re-live the compelling and dramatic story of one of the British Army's most famous regiments, through the lives of its outstanding personalities and of the kilted soldiers of the North East of Scotland who filled its ranks. The spectacular exhibition includes : A unique collection- the finest of the Regiment's treasures gathered over two centuries including a remarkable display of Victoria Crosses. A fascinating section of "hands-on" exhibits allows closer study.Interactive displays - state of the art touch screens let you explore the deeds and values which made the Regiment great. Audio-visual theatre and reconstructions. Hospitality events and education group visits available all year round.
