Welcome to the Royal Museum, A magnificent Victorian building distinguished by its soaring, glass ceiling which floods the Main Hall with natural light. Some of the exhibits that the Royal Museum houses are millions of years old, while others are less than a decade. Together they reflect the diversity of life on earth, and the ingenuity of humankind. The Royal Museum is active and ever-changing, with new galleries opening regularly, a wide range of temporary exhibitions, lectures, talks, tours, activities for children and weekend screenings at the Lumiere Cinema.
