Pictish Centre for Ross and Cromarty. Interpretive displays with original sculptured stones including the magnificent 8th century Rosemarkie cross slab. Photographic collection of Pictish stones in Scotland. Part of the museums collection of Celtic artwork by George Bain is also exhibited biannually. Local photographic archive, temporary exhibition gallery, videos and activities.

From the A9(T) - at Tore roundabout take A832 signposted Fortrose and Cromarty. Follow A832 through Avoch and Fortrose to Rosemarkie. Museum is half way down High Street on right. Stagecoach 26A bus service from Inverness.
