Gairloch Heritage Museum
Achtercairn, Gairloch
Displays include a typical thatched croft house interior, a village shop, a school class room and one of the largest lenses assembled by the Northern Lighthouse Board. Children delight in the working models, quizzes and hands-on activities. Researchers will find the archives and library invaluable. There is an on-going programme of events and exhibitions.
Opening Times
24th March - 30th September Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm. October Monday to Friday, 10am to 1.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
