Glenesk Folk Museum

Glenesk, Brechin

Originally built by a sea captain as a Retreat from the rigours of a sailor’s life, it is now the focal point of glen life and is home to a gift shop, art gallery, licensed restaurant, tearoom, party venue, conference facilities and community room. Our purpose-built Folk Museum is dedicated to the heritage, history and culture of Glenesk and focuses on the life of the rural community.

OPEN FROM 31ST MARCH FOR 2012 SEASON
Until 13th May, open weekends & public holidays from 12noon - 6pm
From 14th May to 28th October, open every day from 12noon - 6pm
