Here at the walled garden local sourcing really is a way of life. Jackie spends her days growing the fruit and veg. Jon works on a local fishing boat, bringing home prawns, squat lobters, fish for fishcakes, crab, and even the occasional octopus. Marianne tends the Toscaig wild boar/Tamworth piggies. Lamb also comes from Toscaig. Venison comes from the estate, and is butchered 'in house.
