Nordic Walking is a full body fitness technique using specially designed poles to engage 90% of the skeletal muscles. Nordic Walking burns 42% more calories than regular walking. It makes you work harder yet makes it feel easier! Suitable for all fitness levels.

Price: Free, donations welcome on the day.
